Shipping within US
YShealthusa.com can ship to any business or residential area as long as a physical address is provided.
Delays should be expected with all parcels going to PO Boxes.
Shipping rates are flat in US.
Shipping outside US

Return Policy
It is our sincere goal that you be completely satisfied with your purchase from YS Health USA. You may return your purchase within the guidelines below. If you require additional information regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or e-mail.

Return and Exchange Policy
1.You have 15 days for a refund or 30 days for an exchange or credit (from receipt date) to decide if you like the item you purchased. We do not accept merchandise with a broken safety seal.
2.Shipping and handling is not refundable unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
3.No returns can be accepted without a Return Authorization Number . To receive your RA number, please select the contact us link to send us an e-mail and we will respond within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
4.Any items that have been used, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
5.For exchanges, we will issue you a credit for the price of the item (excluding shipping charges).
Returning Your Order
When returning your order, please follow these Shipping Instructions to avoid having your package returned to you.
1.Contact us at return@yshealthusa.com to receive your Return Authorization Number.
Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the label that we included in your shipment.
If you do not have the label, please write the RA# on the outside of the box next to the shipping address.
2.Please make sure the package you are returning is postmarked within 15 days (for returns) or 30 days (for exchanges) from the date you received your order.
3.Please be sure to ship packages by Registered U.S. Postal Service . Request a return receipt from the post office so your order can be tracked.
